I'm officially on Spring Break. Guess my exciting destination? Lincoln, Nebraska. Yep, you read that correctly. I am staying here. To study.
Highlights will include:
* New Supernatural -- hello? awesome
* New Smallville -- not quite as awesome, but nothing ever is...
* Cooking spicy food
* Baking cookies
* Sleeping in
* Writing outlines (well, not so much a highlight....)
* Developing an exam for my students -- the highlight will be having an extra credit question that reads "What is your instructor's favorite TV show?" (Alternatively, I might rephrase it as "What is the best show on television?")
* Filling out my March Madness bracket
The stuff I'm not looking forward to doing:
* Studying
* Finishing outlines
* Not leaving my apartment
* More studying
* Creating an exam (not the fun part with the extra credit questions)
* Wearing contact lenses -- boo!

My glasses cannot be worn outside of the apartment or for prolong periods of time. The frame is broken, and it isn't in the easy to fix way where a screw comes out. Nope. I think the cold weather is somehow to blame. Now I am stuck wearing contacts, which I abhor. I've worn glasses since the second grade, and, dammit, I like it. (Or, I'm just very used to it.)
I've decided that the next pair I buy will be RED. Why? It'll be something different....and has nothing to do with my school spirit. Really. Really! I just want a new pair of glasses.
